Client brief
The theater opened in 1993 with the performance «Қарагөз» based on Mukhtar Auezov's tragedy. The building is the first theater constructed in independent Kazakhstan, blending national motifs with contemporary architecture and a main hall seating 280. Since then, the theater has won national competitions and participated in the 17th Cairo International Festival of Experimental Theater.
The website was built around the logic of theater audiences: some come looking for a specific show's schedule, others browse the full program, and still others want to learn about the company and its history. Each scenario has its own fast path to the right content.
Bilingual interface — Kazakh and Russian. Online ticket sales through our ticket07.kz platform are planned for the future.
