School-Gymnasium No. 44 named after D. Kunayev — Official Website with Virtual Tour
Task

Client brief

School-Gymnasium No. 44 bears the name of Dinmukhamed Kunayev — an outstanding statesman of Kazakhstan. This carries a special responsibility: an institution with such a name needs a website that lives up to it. The project covered: the "About the School" section (profile, history, mission, structure, administration, teaching staff, documents, accreditation), academic process (education quality, specialized programs, work with gifted students, functional literacy, IT competency, annual reports), methodological work (academic council, open events, student science society, mentorship). Separate sections for educational outreach, psychological support, safety, and news. The standout feature is a virtual tour of the school, letting prospective students and their parents explore the premises before enrollment.
Outcome

What we shipped

Launched a bilingual school portal with the full structure of a state educational institution; implemented a virtual tour of the school; configured SEO verification and mobile responsiveness.
Solution

How we did it

School websites are a genre of their own. Strict structural requirements on one side, vibrant school life on the other. When we started working with Gymnasium No. 44, it became clear: there was plenty to be proud of. The Kunayev name, the rich history, a strong teaching staff — all of this needed to be showcased, not merely "placed in accordance with requirements." We built the site architecture around three audiences at once. A parent wants to quickly find the schedule and contact details. A student wants to browse news, clubs, and achievements. A teacher wants access to methodological materials. We designed the navigation so each visitor reaches the right content in as few clicks as possible. The virtual tour addressed a specific need. The gymnasium enrolls many new students every year, and the ability to walk the hallways before September 1st is a genuine value for families. We made it accessible right from the homepage.
