Task

Client brief

"Success Story" is a motivational media project about Kazakhstani people who decided to change their lives and never stopped: entrepreneurs, doctors, teachers, athletes, and travelers. The website became a digital home for a rich video archive and new publications. The project includes a structure of five themed sections ("Success Story," "Addresses of Success," "Rural Business," "Our Interviews," "Current Affairs"), deep YouTube integration (videos play directly on the site without redirecting to an external resource), a "Reviews" section, a contact form, and full mobile adaptation for the primary audience. The result is a lively, human platform that works like true media: it engages, inspires, and keeps people coming back.
Outcome

What we shipped

Solution

How we did it

When the request came in from the "Success Story" team, we immediately understood: atmosphere was everything here. This project lives on emotion, and the website had to convey it from the very first second. No corporate coldness, no cluttered interfaces. We started with a content audit. The team had built up an archive on YouTube, along with texts and interviews. The goal was to organize this wealth of material and give it the right digital home. Together, we developed a clear editorial structure where each section has its own audience and tone. The defining solution was seamless YouTube integration. Users don't "leave" the site — videos play right here. That shifts the whole feeling: it's no longer a business card site, but a full-fledged media platform. The mobile version was a separate priority, since the project's audience relies heavily on smartphones. This project reminded us that sometimes the most important work isn't bold technical complexity — it's capturing just the right character.
