Task

Client brief

Uralsk had no single platform where people could browse the city's event listings and buy tickets online. Organizers sold tickets by phone or through social media, and audiences had no clear picture of what was on and where. We set out to fix that. The platform covers concerts, theatres, museums, and a dedicated section on West Kazakhstan attractions for visitors. Organizers get a personal dashboard to manage their events. Payments are accepted via Visa and Mastercard through an acquiring bank. The site runs in three languages, including English, for international guests. The theatre named after Khadisha Bukeyeva and other major venues in the region are already live on the platform. Onboarding a new organizer takes one to two weeks.
Outcome

What we shipped

A trilingual event listing and ticketing portal with bank integration has been launched and is actively maintained; major West Kazakhstan venues are connected; the organizer dashboard is up and running.
Solution

How we did it

Building a product for yourself is harder than building for a client. There's no external spec, and you can polish indefinitely. We set a rule: every feature must solve a concrete problem for an attendee or organizer — otherwise it doesn't ship. The toughest part was the bank integration and the terms of service. Acquiring for ticket sales is a separate process with the bank: compliance checks, paperwork, a test environment, and then the go-live. We also had to work through the legal side: the offer agreement, refund policy, and personal data processing. We navigated all of it — and now that experience is something we share with our clients. Ticket07 is proof that we don't just take orders — we build our own products. That changes the level of trust when we later come to a client with a proposal: "we have a ready solution for your problem."
