Client brief
Uralsk had no single platform where people could browse the city's event listings and buy tickets online. Organizers sold tickets by phone or through social media, and audiences had no clear picture of what was on and where. We set out to fix that.
The platform covers concerts, theatres, museums, and a dedicated section on West Kazakhstan attractions for visitors. Organizers get a personal dashboard to manage their events. Payments are accepted via Visa and Mastercard through an acquiring bank. The site runs in three languages, including English, for international guests.
The theatre named after Khadisha Bukeyeva and other major venues in the region are already live on the platform. Onboarding a new organizer takes one to two weeks.
