Clients come to us when standard CRM solutions (Bitrix24, AmoCRM) don't fit their needs: the structure is too rigid, integrations are lacking, or staff find them difficult to use. We either enhance the existing system or build a custom one — on PHP with MySQL, with a web interface and mobile access.
The scope of work includes: auditing current processes, designing the data structure and interface, development, integrations with third-party services (telephony, messengers, accounting), and team training. After launch — ongoing support and improvements.
Implementation takes 2–5 months depending on complexity. Pricing is calculated individually.
